Bipin C. Shah holds the position Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of JetPay; Gregory M. Krzemien is Chief Financial Officer; Peter Davidson is Vice President and Secretary; Michael J. McGovern is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President; Pierre J. DuPré is Chief Information Officer.

According to MarketWatch, in May 2015 JetPay announced its first quarter financials. Reportedly, JTPY revenues increased 32.7%, or about $2.7 million, to $10.84 million for the quarter. The same period in 2014 saw revenues of $8.17 million.
