Vincenzo Gabrielle Covingo

Vincenzo Gabrielle Covingo entered the financial industry in 1998. He worked with LPL Financial from 2002 to 2009.

Covingo had numerous customer complaints filed against him, before leaving the financial industry in 2012. One complaint against Covingo alleged fraudulent misrepresentation, concealment of material facts, breach of fiduciary duties and breach of contract. The customer was awarded 206,000 in settlement.

On February 10, 2012 Covingo signed a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) for purchasing a home from one of his customers which he was, eventually unable to pay the mortgage on. This arrangement was made without consent of his firm. As such, Covingo was fined 5,000 and suspended for 30 days from FINRA.

Covingo was also terminated from VSR Financial in 2010 for failing to timely and adequately respond to information.

Covingo is not currently registered with any FINRA approved broker-dealer firm.
