New York based broker, David Drucker, Pending Complaint

In 2014 a customer alleged David Drucker, while employed at Oppenheimer & Company, made unsuitable investment recommendations involving margin, and executed excessive unauthorized transactions. The complaint settled in 2015 for $45,000.

In 2014 a customer alleged David Drucker, while employed at Aegis Capital, executed excessive and unauthorized trades, and recommended unsuitable investments. The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2012 a customer alleged David Drucker, while employed at RBC, made excessive trades and permitted a trustee to withdraw funds in contravention of the trust’s provisions. The complaint settled in 2013 for $177,500.

In 2010 a customer alleged David Drucker, while employed at RBC, misrepresented material facts related to an investment and recommended excessive trades. The complaint settled in 2012 for $55,000.

In 2002 a customer alleged David Drucker, while employed at Morgan Stanley, recommended an unsuitable investment. The complaint settled in 2003 for $47,500.
