IFS broker Peter Neary: Customer Complaints

Mr. Neary is a registered broker and investment adviser in California, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Peter Neary is the subject of one customer complaint. He was also discharged from his positions at Wunderlich Securities and Comerica Securities.

In January 2015 a customer alleged Peter Neary, while employed at RBC Capital Markets and Wunderlich Securities, made excessive, unnecessary, and unauthorized trades from 2008 through 2015. The complaint settled for $25,000.

In January 2015 Peter Neary was terminated from Wunderlich Securities following allegations he made excessive, unnecessary, and unauthorized trades.

In September 2005 Peter Neary was terminated from Comerica Securities following allegations he misrepresented fees associated with certain sale and repurchase mutual fund transactions.
