Broker Ralph Adamo Has Sanction and Lien

Ralph Adamo has spent 28 years in the securities industry and has been registered with FSC Securities in Newport Beach, California since 1995. Previous registrations include Cigna Financial Advisors in Radnor, Pennsylvania (1988-1995) and Travelers Equities Sales (1987-1988). He is a registered broker and investment adviser in twelve US states: Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Ralph Adamo is the subject of two regulatory sanctions and one judgment or lien.

In 2013 the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filed a tax lien totaling $242,475.08 against Ralph Adamo. The lien remains outstanding.

In 2007 the State of New York Insurance Department sanctioned Ralph Adamo following allegations he failed to timely report the final disposition of his 2005 FINRA fine and suspension. He was issued a $250 fine.

In 2005 the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) sanctioned Ralph Adamo following allegations he “paid public customers to settle complaints without the knowledge or consent of his firm.” Mr. Adamo was issued a 30-day suspension and a $5,000 fine.
