According to his BrokerCheck report, Ernani “Ernie” Falcone is the subject of five customer complaints and one denied customer complaint. He was additionally discharged from his position at Prudential Securities.

In 2014 a customer alleged Ernani “Ernie” Falcone, while employed at Stifel Nicolaus, misrepresented and omitted material facts related to an investment, made unsuitable investment recommendations, executed unauthorized trades, breached contract, violated the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, and breached his fiduciary duty. The complaint settled in 2015 for $80,000.

In 2000 a customer alleged Ernani “Ernie” Falcone, while employed at Pennsylvania Merchant Group, breached his fiduciary duty, misrepresented material facts, and made unsuitable recommendations. The complaint settled for $8,000.

In 1994 a customer alleged Ernani “Ernie” Falcone, while employed at Prudential Securities, unsuitably used margin and made unauthorized transactions. The complaint settled for $100,000.

In 1994 a customer alleged Ernani “Ernie” Falcone, while employed at Prudential Securities, recommended unsuitable stocks. The complaint settled for $10,000.

In 1994 Ernani “Ernie” Falcone was “permitted to resign” from his position at Prudential Securities following allegations he violated firm policy by exercising verbal discretion in a non-discretionary account.
