Broker, Matthew Deline: Barred by FINRA

stockfraud-wallstreetAccording to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), former California-based WFP  broker Matthew Deline has been permanently barred from acting as a broker or investment adviser or otherwise associating with public securities firms. Matthew Deline has spent five years in the securities industry and was most recently registered with WFP Securities in Encinitas, California (2005-2010). He is currently not registered with any state or firm.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Matthew Deline is the subject of one regulatory sanction and two customer complaints.

In 2013 FINRA sanctioned Matthew Deline following allegations he failed to comply with an investigation into potential recommendations of unsuitable investments. Mr. Deline was issued a permanent bar from the securities industry.

In 2010 a customer alleged Matthew Deline, while employed by WFP Securities, breached his fiduciary duty, acted negligently, misrepresented material facts, committed fraud, and violated securities laws. The complaint settled in 2011 for $15,000.

In 2010 a customer filed a complaint against Matthew Deline, while he was employed by WFP Securities, dealing with unspecified allegations related to direct investments. The complaint settled in 2011 for $115,000.
