Broker Robert McCulley: Suspended for Selling Away

According to his BrokerCheck report, Robert McCulley is the subject of three regulatory sanctions.

In 2013 the State of Nebraska sanctioned Robert McCulley following allegations he transacted securities business without registration. Mr. McCulley was issued more than $2,500 in fines and fees.

In 2001 the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) sanctioned Robert McCulley, while he was employed at Royal Alliance Associates, following allegations he sold securities away from his member firm. Mr. McCulley was issued a ten-day suspension from the securities industry and a fine of $15,000.

In 1981 the Nebraska Insurance Department sanctioned Robert McCulley, while he was employed at EF Hutton & Company, following allegations he used incorrect life insurance forms and converted dividends. Mr. McCulley was issued a 60-day suspension and a fine of $2,000.
