According to his BrokerCheck report, John Hurry has one pending sanction with FINRA.

In 2015 the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) named John Hurry, as a Respondent in a FINRA Complaint while he was employed at Scottsdale Capital Advisors and Alpine Securities. The FINRA Complaint alleges that he participated in the sale of securities that were not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to FINRA’s Complaint, John Hurry and two other individuals sold unregistered shares in three low-priced stocks that were not exempt from registration requirements. The complaint remains pending with FINRA.
