David Levorchick Suspended from FINRA

David Levorchick has spent ten years in the securities industry and has been registered with EK Riley Investments in Sidney, Ohio since 2014. Previous registrations include US Bancorp Investments in Botkins, Ohio (2008-2014); Natcity Investments in Huber Heights, Ohio (2005-2008); and MWA Financial Services in Rock Island, Illinois (2004-2005). He is a registered broker and investment adviser in Florida and Ohio.

According to his BrokerCheck report, David Levorchick is the subject of three customer complaints and one regulatory sanction.

In 2015 the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) sanctioned David Levorchick following allegations he negligently misrepresented to a customer that the liquidation of her variable annuity would not result in a significant tax liability, and the tax consequence she incurred rendered his recommendation of the annuity unsuitable. Mr. Levorchick was issued a $7,500 fine and a 30-day suspension from the securities industry.

In 2015 a customer alleged David Levorchick, while employed at US Bancorp Investments, misrepresented the fees and returns associate with structured CDs. The complaint settled for more than $8,500.

In 2014 a customer alleged David Levorchick, while employed at US Bancorp Investments, misrepresented material facts and made unsuitable investment recommendations. The complaint settled fr $35,000.

In 2013 a customer alleged David Levorchick, while employed at US Bancorp Investments, made an unauthorized sale. The complaint settled for $37,500.
