In 2005 a customer alleged Vincent Camarda, while employed at American Express Financial Advisors, told him “there would be no tax implications when he was redeeming funds from his annuity to invest in a stock portfolio.” The complaint settled for $7,378.

In 2005 a customer alleged Vincent Camarda, while employed at American Express Financial Advisors, delayed mutual fund trades, charged excessive commissions, and failed to reinstate a variable universal life insurance policy as requested. The complaint settled in 2005 for more than $17,700.

Also in2005 a customer alleged Vincent Camarda, while employed at American Express Financial Advisors, recommended unsuitable mutual funds and did not disclose all aspects of the investments. The complaint settled for more than $14,300.

Again in 2005 a customer alleged Camarda, while employed at American Express Financial Advisors, recommended unsuitable mutual fund investments. The complaint settled for $33,000.

Yet again in2005 a customer alleged Vincent Camarda, while employed at American Express Financial Advisors, sold unsuitable and un-diversified investments. The complaint settled for $23,000.

In 2004 a customer alleged Vincent Camarda, while employed at American Express Financial Advisors, implemented unsuitable strategies. The complaint settled for more than $9,000.
