According to his BrokerCheck report, Nicholas Sabellico is the subject of one customer complaint and was discharged from his position at JP Morgan.

In 2014 a customer alleged Nicholas Sabellico, while employed at JD Nicholas & Associates, failed to “adhere to basic duties when opening, administering, and supervising the claimant’s brokerage accounts.” The complaint settled in November 2015 for $450,000, to which Mr. Sabellico individually contributed $5,000.

In 2013 Nicholas Sabellico was discharged from JP Morgan following allegations he “enrolled bank clients in a bank feature without their knowledge or consent in violation of bank policy.”
