Broker Spotlight: Wells Fargo’s Matthew Lowe

Matthew Lowe has spent eleven years in the securities industry and has been registered with Wells Fargo Advisors in Dallas, Texas since 2010. He was previously registered with Raymond James & Associates in Dallas, Texas (2004-2010). He is a registered broker and investment adviser with twenty-two US states and territories, including: Arizona, California, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota Michigan, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Matthew Lowe is the subject of two denied customer complaints.

In October 2015 a customer alleged Matthew Lowe, while employed at Wells Fargo Advisors, failed to follow her emailed request to transfer her account. The customer sought unspecified damages in the complaint, which was denied.

In 2009 a customer alleged Matthew Lowe, while employed at Raymond James & Associates, misrepresented material facts related to an investment in equity listed products. The customer sought $10,000 in damages in the complaint, which was denied.
