Peter Marketos Accused of Unauthorized Trading

In February 2016 a customer alleged Peter Marketos, while employed at Raymond James & Associates, executed unauthorized trades. The customer is seeking damages exceeding $54,000 in the pending complaint.

In May 2015 a customer alleged Peter Marketos, while employed at Oppenheimer & Company, made unauthorized investments. The customer sought unspecified damages in the complaint, which was denied.

In 2011 a customer alleged Peter Marketos, while employed at Oppenheimer & Company, failed to honor and/or complete the terms of a settlement agreement. The customer sought $70,000 in damages in the complaint, which was closed.

In 2001 a customer alleged Peter Marketos, while employed at Prime Charter, mismanaged the account. The complaint settled for $1,700.
