Kalomira Zangoulos Named in FINRA Investigation

Kalomira ZangoulosMichigan-based Sagepoint Financial broker/adviser Kalomira Zangoulos is the subject of customer complaints and a FINRA investigation. Kalomira Zangoulos has spent fourteen years in the securities industry and has been registered with Sagepoint Financial in Sterling Heights, Michigan since January 2015. Previous registrations include JP Morgan Securities in Clinton Township, Michigan (2012-2014); Chase Investment Services in Clinton Township, Michigan (2005-2012); and Banc One Securities in Chicago, Illinois (2001-2005). She is a registered broker and investment adviser in California and Michigan.

  • In 2014 Zangoulos was named in a FINRA investigation into allegations involving “structuring in [Zangoulos’] own personal checking account.” The investigation remains pending.
  • In 2014 Kalomira Zangoulos voluntarily resigned from her position at JP Morgan following non-securities related allegations.
  • In 2005 a customer alleged Kalomira Zangoulos, while employed at Banc One Securities, charged too much for a sales fee. The complaint settled for more than $13,700.
  • In 2005 a customer alleged Kalomira Zangoulos, while employed at Banc One Securities, caused dissatisfaction with the sales charge on a mutual fund transaction. The complaint settled for more than $13,700.
