Christopher Frattini Faces Pending Complaint

Christopher FrattiniNew York-based Coastal Equities broker Christopher Frattini is the subject of customer complaints. The securities and investment fraud law firm Fitapelli Kurta is interested in hearing from investors who have complaints regarding Mr. Frattini (CRD# 5742860).

Christopher Frattini has spent six years in the securities industry and has been registered with Coastal Equities in New York, New York since 2014. Previous registrations include John Carris Investments in Hoboken, New Jersey (2012-2014) and HFP Capital Markets in New York, New York (2010-2012), both of which have since been expelled by FINRA. In November 2015 a customer alleged Christopher Frattini, while registered at John Carris Investments, recommended unsuitable investments. The complaint settled in February 2016 for $6,500, to which Mr. Frattini individually contributed $6,500.

In October 2015 a customer alleged Christopher Frattini, while employed at John Carris Investments, made unsuitable recommendations, acted negligently, and misrepresented material facts related to two investments. The customer is seeking $156,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In February 2015 a customer alleged Christopher Frattini, while registered at Coastal Equities, recommended unsuitable investments. The complaint settled in August 2015 for $2,500, to which Mr. Frattini individually contributed $2,500.

In February 2015 a customer alleged Christopher Frattini, while employed at Coastal Equities, recommended unsuitable investments. The complaint settled in January 2016 for $7,500, to which Mr. Frattini individually contributed $7,500.
