Complaint Against Gary Isler Regarding Puerto Rican Bonds

Mr. Isler is a registered broker in 12 US states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

In October 2015, a customer alleged that Gary Isler, while employed at David Lerner Associates, misrepresented material facts and recommended unsuitable investments in Puerto Rico bonds. The customer is seeking more than $162,400 in the pending complaint.

In 2014, a customer alleged that Gary Isler, while employed at David Lerner Associates, misrepresented material facts related to investments in Apple real estate investment trusts and Spirit of America and Franklin Fund bonds. The customer is seeking $280,115 in damages in the pending complaint.
