Russell Grosjean Has Pending Complaints

In 2014, a customer filed a complaint against Russell Grosjean, alleging that unspecified misconduct related to his employment at Wall Street Financial Group and Mid Atlantic Capital, was responsible for losses of their investment principal. The customer is seeking $231,240 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2013, customers alleged that Russell Grosjean engaged in “a scheme to manipulate the effective dates of his association with Wall Street Financial Group and Mid Atlantic Capital,” and was “aware of catastrophic losses” related to an investment product that was not FINRA-supervised. The customers are seeking $250,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2013, a customer alleged that Russell Grosjean, while employed at Wall Street Financial Group and Mid Atlantic Capital, was “involved in losses from an IRA investment that was being handled by other representatives in the same office” that sustained losses. The customer is seeking $225,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
