Adam Kuettel Sanctioned for Allegedly Selling Away

Adam Kuettel Publicly available records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on May 30, 2016 indicate that former Arkansas-based Veritas Independent Partners broker/adviser Adam Kuettel has been sanctioned by FINRA. The securities and investment fraud law firm Fitapelli Kurta is interested in hearing from investors who have complaints regarding Mr. Kuettel (CRD# 5473537).

Adam Kuettel has spent five years in the securities industry and was most recently registered with Veritas Independent Partners in Bentonville, Arkansas (2014). Previous registrations include St. Bernard Financial Services in Bentonville, Arkansas (2013-2014); Ausdal Financial Partners in Bentonville, Arkansas (2012); Dividend Capital Securities in Denver, Colorado (2010-2011); and 1st Global Capital Corporation in Ft. Smith, Arkansas (2008-2010). He is currently not registered with any state or firm.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Adam Kuettel has received one regulatory sanction.

In April 2016, FINRA sanctioned Adam Kuettel following allegations he engaged in private securities transactions, while associated with two member firms, without providing prior written notice to or receiving approval from those firms. According to FINRA’s complaint, Mr. Kuettel “assisted investors, some of whom were the firm’s customers, with the purchase of shares of stock and warrants in a public company through a private investment in a public equity (PIPE) transaction.” He also allegedly “specifically requested that the individuals involved with the PIPE transaction communicate with him away from the firm, thus concealing his involvement from the firm.” Mr. Kuettel was issued a nine-month suspension and a fine of $10,000.
