Magaly Carson Settled Four Customer Complaints

Magaly CarsonPublicly available records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on June 2, 2016 indicate that Arizona-based Morgan Stanley broker/adviser Magaly Carson, also known as Magaly Berrehail and Magaly Hasselkus, has been the subject of customer complaints. In 2011, a party of customers alleged Magaly Carson, while employed at Wells Fargo Advisors, “abandoned” their accounts, resulting in declines. The complaint settled in 2013 for $17,500.

In 2004, a customer alleged Magaly Carson, while employed at Banc One Securities, failed to follow instructions with respect to the transfer of a retirement account. The complaint settled for more than $2,300.

In 2000, a customer alleged Magaly Carson, while employed at Banc One Securities, misrepresented material facts and executed unauthorized trades. The complaint settled for more than $11,900.
