Sherry Bremer Sanctioned by Florida Office of Financial Regulation

According to her BrokerCheck report, Sherry Bremer has receive one regulatory sanction and one customer complaint, and was discharged from her position at Raymond James Financial Services.

In April 2015, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation sanctioned Sherry Bremer following allegations she “conducted investment advisory business” without lawful registration. She was issued a fine of $5,000.

In 2006, Sherry Bremer was discharged from Raymond James Financial Services following allegations she exercised discretion without authorization or approval.
