In April 2016, a customer alleged Douglas Solinski, while employed at Newbridge Securities, charged unreasonable commissions, failed to disclose a commission/fee schedule, made poor recommendations, inadequately disclosed risks, failed to comply with specific request, and executed unsuitable transactions. The customer is seeking $90,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
