In 2012, a customer alleged Timary Delorme, while employed at Wedbush Securities, committed fraud, misrepresented and omitted material facts, acted negligently, made unsuitable investment recommendations, made unauthorized trades, violated the California Corporations Code, engaged in extorted, breached her fiduciary duty, and intentionally inflicted emotional distress. The complaint settled in 2013 for $265,000, to which Mr. Delorme individually contributed $132,000.
