Jeannete Martens entered the securities industry in 2008. She worked for LPL for three months in 2008, before she was “permitted to resign” after she admitted she was posing as a broker’s assistant for a different firm I order to obtain customer account information from a mutual fund company.
On December 2, 2009 Martens entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent with FINRA for the above mentioned conduct. Martens was suspended for 30 days from FINRA and fined $5,000.
Since leaving LPL, Martens has worked for NPB Financial and Girar Securities, where she is currently still employed.
