Eric JamesPublicly available records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on August 23, 2016 indicate that New York- and New Jersey-based National Securities Corporation broker Eric James has been the subject of a customer complaint. Eric James has spent 16 years in the securities industry and has been registered with National Securities in Edison, New Jersey and New York, New York since 2008. In 2014, a customer alleged Eric James, while employed at National Securities, provided a poor recommendation and poor advice. The customer sought $100,000 in damages in the complaint, which was closed.

In 2013, a customer alleged Eric James, while employed at National Securities, made an unsuitable investment recommendation. The complaint settled for $65,000, to which Mr. James individually contributed $32,500.
