In 2005 a customer alleged Kenneth Stewart, while employed at SC Parker & Company, recommended an unsuitable investment. The complaint settled for $60,000.

In 2003 a customer alleged Kenneth Stewart, while employed at SC Parker & Company, recommended unsuitable products. The complaint resulted in an award to the customer of $30,000.

In 2002 a customer alleged Kenneth Stewart, while employed at SC Parker & Company, recommended unsuitable investments and over-concentrated investments. The complaint settled for more than $15,400.
