Heath Bowen: Under Investigation For Unsuitable Trading

In April 2016 a customer alleged Heath Bowen, while employed at Allegis Investment Services, recommended an unsuitable trading strategy. The customer is seeking $660,300 in the complaint, which Allegis claims improperly names Mr. Bowen.

In December 2015 a customer alleged Heath Bowen, while employed at Allegis Investment Services, led an unsuitable strategy. The customer is seeking $536,860 in damages in the pending complaint.

In November 2015 a customer alleged Heath Bowen, while employed at Allegis Investment Services, recommended an unsuitable trading strategy. The customer is seeking $1,200,000 in the complaint, which Allegis claims improperly names Mr. Bowen.
