Charles Sorenson is Under Investigation Regarding “Unauthorized Transactions”

He is a registered broker and investment adviser in Idaho and Utah.

In January 2016 a customer alleged he, while employed at Allegis Investment Services, misrepresented the risk associated with a trade. The customer is seeking $234,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In November 2015 a customer alleged he, while employed at Allegis Investment Services, failed to place a stop loss order. The customer is seeking $150,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
