Eugene Riggio “Permitted to Resign” From Wilmington Capital

Eugene RiggioPublic records published by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on November 16, 2016 indicate that former New York-based Wilmington Capital Securities broker Eugene Riggio is currently not affiliated with any broker-dealer firm. He is currently not registered with any state or firm.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Eugene Riggio recently resigned from Wilmington Capital Securities and is the subject of a pending civil judgment or lien.

In October 2016 Eugene Riggio was “permitted to resign” from his position at Wilmington Capital Securities while the firm was “investigating a loan purported made to Eugene Riggio (or to an LLC controlled by him) by Jason Tyler of $25,000 on 7/31/2016 which is presently unpaid.”

In 2010 one “Jonathan Wurtz” filed a civil judgment or lien totaling $60,000 against Eugene Riggio, The judgment or lien remains outstanding.
