Keith Bradley Received Four Tax Liens

Previous registrations include VSR Financial Services in Houston, Texas; Rushmore Securities in Dallas, Texas; Northstar Securities in Dallas, Texas; Dominion Capital in Dallas, Texas; IFG Network Securities in Atlanta, Georgia; Derand/Pennington/Bass; First American National Securities in Duluth, Georgia; and WestAmerica Financial. He is a registered broker and investment adviser in Texas.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Keith Bradley has received one pending customer complaint and four tax liens.

In July 2016 a customer alleged Keith Bradley, while employed at VSR Financial Services, recommended unsuitable investments and acted negligently in connection to equipment leasing securities, real estate securities, direct private placement and limited partnership interests, and oil and gas products. The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
