Public records published by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on December 7, 2016 indicate that former New York-based GFI Securities broker David Major has been permanently barred from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. The securities and investment fraud law firm Fitapelli Kurta is interested in hearing from investors who have complaints regarding Mr. Major (CRD# 2297223).

In April 2016 David Major voluntarily resigned from GFI Securities in connection to the following allegations: “The firm identified trades where Major deviated from the fees generally charged for electronically matched transactions.
