Broker Timothy Longo: Five Customer Complaints

He is a registered broker and investment adviser in eleven US states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and South Dakota.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Timothy Longo has received five customer complaints, two pending customer complaints, and one regulatory sanction.

In October 2015 a customer alleged Timothy Logo, while employed at Trident Partners, executed an unauthorized transaction and recommended an unsuitable investment. The customer is seeking more than $34,400 in damages in the pending complaint.
