Shareholder Lawsuit: Dynavax Technologies (DVAX)

Dynavax TechnologiesA securities class action lawsuit has been filed against Dynavax Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DVAX) in connection to the allegations involving securities sold between March 10, 2014 and November 11, 2016. According to the company’s website, Dynavax Technologies (DVAX) is “clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with multiple product candidates in development for the prevention of infectious disease, the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and the treatment of cancer.” The company develops “immunotherapies based on cutting-edge Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) biology and its ability to modulate the immune system.” The company’s website describes its vision thusly: “We are leaders in utilizing the innate immune system on behalf of patients to address unmet clinical needs. We are committed to a rigorous approach to drug development in the field of TLR biology and immune system modulation to attack the challenges of infectious and inflammatory diseases and cancer.” It trades on the NASDAQ exchange under DVAX.
