Public records published by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on December 21, 2016 indicate that Texas-based Oppenheimer & Company broker/adviser Jesse Webb has been the subject of customer complaints. Jesse Webb has spent 23 years in the securities industry and has been registered with Oppenheimer & Company in the Woodlands, Texas since 2012. Previous registrations include Merrill Lynch in the Woodlands, Texas; UBS Financial Services in the Woodlands, Texas; and Morgan Stanley DW in Purchase, New York. He is a registered broker and investment adviser with eight US states and territories: Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, and Texas.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Jesse Webb has received three customer complaints and resigned from one former employer.

In 2015 a customer alleged Jesse Webb, while employed at Merrill Lynch, made unsuitable investment recommendations from 2008 to 2012. The complaint settled in 2016 for $35,000.

In 2012 he voluntarily resigned from his position at Merrill Lynch following allegations he “engaged in a purported real estate transaction outside the firm with a client without management’s prior knowledge or consent.”

In 2010 a customer alleged Jesse Webb, while employed at Merrill Lynch, misrepresented material facts and executed unauthorized trades. The complaint settled in 2011 for $2,400,000.
