She has passed three securities industry examinations: Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination), which she obtained on September 6, 1997; Series 7 (General Securities Representative Examination), which she obtained on September 21, 1998; and Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination), which she obtained on July 17, 1997. She is a registered broker with three US states: Florida, Illinois and Michigan.

According to her BrokerCheck report, she has received three customer complaints.

In October 2017 a customer alleged Holly Maurer, while employed at Corecap Investments, Leonard & Company, and LM Kohn, materially aided another registered representative who stole monies from her. The customer is seeking $150,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In September 2017 a customer alleged Holly Maurer, while employed at Corecap Investments, participated in and profited from another representative’s theft of his funds. The customer is seeking $115,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
