William Council Has Received a Pending Customer Complaint

He is registered with five securities industry examinations: FINRA, NYSE American LLC, Nasdaq PHLX LLC, the Nasdaq Stock Market, and the New York Stock Exchange.

According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one pending customer complaint.

In August 2017 a customer alleged William Council, while employed at DA Davidson & Company, mishandled the account, made unauthorized transactions, recommended unsuitable investments, failed to diversify the account, executed excessive trades, and caused the conservator to lose his position as a conservator for the account, resulting in loss of future income as well as probate costs. The customer is seeking unspecified damages in the pending complaint.
