Joseph Olexa Allegedly Executed Transactions Involving Corporate Bonds

Joseph OlexaPublicly available records published by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and accessed on January 8, 2018 indicate that Indiana-based Morgan Stanley broker/adviser Joseph Olexa has received a customer dispute that was denied. In October 2017 a customer alleged Joseph Olexa, while employed at JP Morgan, executed transactions involving corporate bonds, mutual funds and other securities that were inappropriate or made without specific knowledge or approval.
