Christopher Montgomery Has Received a Pending Customer Complaint

In December 2017 a customer alleged Christopher Montgomery, while employed at Morgan Stanley, misrepresented material facts related to municipal bond purchases. The customer is seeking $128,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
