David McIlroy Has Received a Pending Customer Complaint

According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one pending customer complaint.

In December 2017 a customer alleged David McIlroy, while employed at RBC Capital Markets, made unsuitable recommendations to buy and hold unsuitable Puerto Rico municipal bonds that resulted in losses. The customer is seeking $250,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
