The customer is seeking $362,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In November 2017 a customer alleged Matthew Werthe, while employed at Raymond James Financial Services, committed fraud, executed excessive trades, made unsuitable investment recommendations, acted negligently, failed in his supervisory duties, breached his fiduciary duty, and churned investments in connection to stock and mutual fund investments. The customer is seeking $728,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2016 a customer alleged Matthew Werthe, while employed at Raymond James Financial Services, recommended aggressive and heavy oil and equities investments that suffered catastrophic losses. The customer is seeking $252,641 in damages in the pending complaint.
