Benjamin Foster Has Been the Subject of a Pending Customer Complaint

His 21 self-regulatory organization (SRO) registrations include: BOX Options Exchange LLC, Bats BZX Exchange, C2 Options Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange, FINRA, Investors’ Exchange LLC, NYSE American LLC, Nasdaq ISE LLC, the Nasdaq Stock Market, and the New York Stock Exchange.

According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one pending customer complaint.

In December 2017 a customer alleged Benjamin Foster, while employed at Barclays Capital, did not adequately disclose risks and recommended an unsuitable securities swap transaction. The customer is seeking $6,500,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
