Customer Alleged Howard Genden Charged Excessive Commissions

In January 2018 a customer alleged Howard Genden, while employed at American Portfolios Financial Services, made equities liquidations which carried capital gains, charged excessive commissions, and purchased an unsuitable variable annuity product.
