In 2016 a customer alleged Andrew Hall, while employed at Ameriprise Financial Services, mishandled accounts, acted negligently, breached his fiduciary duty, violated Oregon securities laws and applicable regulatory laws, made unsuitable recommendations, and failed in his supervisory duties in connection to unit investment trust products.
