In 2016 a customer alleged Brad Myers, while employed at Hornor Townsend & Kent, misrepresented an annuity. The customer sought unspecified damages in the complaint, which was denied.

In 2012 a customer alleged Brad Myers, while employed at National Planning Corporation, breached his fiduciary duty, committed fraud, omitted material facts, acted negligently, failed to supervise, failed to adequately investigate a complaint, breached contract, violated FINRA rules, and intentionally inflicted emotional distress. The complaint settled for $37,500.
