David Guensch: Recently Terminated From LPL Financial

David GuenschPublicly available records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on March 20, 2017 indicate that Pennsylvania-based Lombard Securities broker/adviser David Guensch has been sanctioned by FINRA and was terminated from a former employer in connection to alleged rule violations.  Fitapelli Kurta is interested in speaking to investors who have complaints regarding Mr. Guensch (CRD# 1769051).

David Guensch has spent 21 years in the securities industry and has been registered with Lombard Securities in Orefield, Pennsylvania since September 2016. Previous registrations include LPL Financial in Orefield, Pennsylvania; Voya Financial Advisors in Orefield, Pennsylvania; American Portfolios Financial Services in Orefield, Pennsylvania; Lombard Securities in Baltimore, Maryland; Integrated Resources Equity Corporation; and Morison Securities. He is a registered broker and investment adviser in Pennsylvania.

According to his BrokerCheck report, David Guensch has received one FINRA sanction and was recently discharged from LPL Financial.

In March 2017 FINRA sanctioned David Guensch following allegations he “falsified an annuity withdrawal request form submitted to an insurance company on behalf of a customer.” FINRA’s findings state more specifically: “the customer had not signed the form. Instead, Guensch photocopied the customer’s signature from a prior form and pasted the photocopied signature onto the form. The customer did not authorize Guensch to photocopy and reuse his signature.” He was issued a two-month suspension and a fine of $5,000.

In June 2016 David Guensch was terminated from his position at LPL Financial following allegations he violated the firm’s document signature policy.
