In January 2018 a customer alleged Eugene Freund, while employed at RBC Capital Markets, recommended unsuitable investments in high risk municipal bond products. The customer is seeking between $100,000 to $500,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2000 a customer alleged Eugene Freund, while employed at Tucker Anthony, did not explain the risks of investments in equity products. The customer is seeking more than $28,800 in damages in the pending complaint.
