In 2012, a customer alleged Ezri Shechter, while employed at Spencer-Winston Securities, executed unauthorized trades, made unsuitable stock recommendations, omitted material facts, acted negligently, breached his fiduciary duty, breached contract, and failed to follow instructions. The complaint settled in 2013 for $20,000, to which Mr. Shechter individually contributed $17,000.

In 2010, a customer alleged Ezri Shechter, while employed at Spencer-Winston Securities, executed excessive trades in his account. The complaint settled for $100,000, to which Mr. Shechter individually contributed $85,000.

In 2004, a customer alleged Ezri Shechter, while employed at Bishop Rosen & Company, executed unauthorized trades, made unsuitable recommendations, churned the account, and breached his fiduciary duty. The complaint settled in 2005 for $35,000, to which Mr. Shechter individually contributed $9,713.

In 2000, a customer alleged Ezri Shechter, while employed at Drake & Company, executed unauthorized trades. The complaint settled in 2002 for $27,999, to which Mr. Shechter individually contributed $4,999.
