In 2013 a customer alleged Fera Shivaee, while employed at Centaurus Financial, made unsuitable recommendations, misrepresented material facts, breached contract, committed fraud, and violated both state laws and FINRA rules in connection to investments in tenant-in-common interests and non-traded real estate investment trusts.
