Update: New Investor Complaints Against David A. Noyes Rep Jeanette Adcock

Jeanette AdcockPublic records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and accessed on August 22, 2018 indicate that Illinois-based David A. Noyes & Company broker Jeanette Adcock has received resolved or pending customer disputes. In February 2018 a deceased customer’s children filed a complaint against Jeanette Adcock, while she was employed at Wayne Hummer Investments, alleging they were “upset that the death put on structured CD CUSIP 48124JP8 had been exhausted” and that consequently they could not recover the investment’s par value. The complaint settled in March 2018 for $22,000.

In November 2017 a customer alleged she, while employed at Wayne Hummer Investments, misrepresented and recommended an unsuitably risky CD that resulted in losses. The complaint settled for more than $4,100.

In 2017 a customer alleged she, while employed at Wayne Hummer Investments, made misrepresentations of material facts and recommended unsuitable investments. The complaint settled for more than $21,000.
