Jerome Vandemotter Allegedly Invested an Account Unsuitably Agressive

In August 2017 a customer alleged Jerome Vandemotter, while employed at UBS Financial Services, churned investments, mismanaged the account, invested the account in an unsuitably aggressive fashion, and marked transactions as solicited when in fact they were unsolicited.
